Refund policy

Order Cancellations

If you choose to cancel an order prior to shipment, TS Sports Memorabilia will issue a refund of ninety-five percent (95%) of the purchase price to offset non-refundable credit card processing fees.

Returns of Unwanted Items

If you receive your item in acceptable condition but decide you no longer wish to keep it, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at tomas@tssportsmemorabilia.ca

Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were originally shipped—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges and Restocking Fees

Items may be exchanged for store credit at full value. Refunds are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. For returns originating outside of Canada, all duties, taxes, and import fees associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or denial of the refund based on the conditions outlined above.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized items

• Pre-orders for upcoming signing events

• Autographed items submitted for an upcoming signing event

• Sealed trading card boxes

• Sealed treasure chests or other mystery boxes

• Discontinued or clearance merchandise
