We specialize in sports memorabilia, trading cards, collectibles, autograph memorabilia, and related products.

Certain products may be:

  • Signed or authenticated memorabilia
  • Pre-order or private signing items

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.


2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing, descriptions, inventory, or images may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.

If an order is canceled due to an error, the customer will receive a full refund.


3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Shop Pay
  • E-transfer (if offered)
  • Other approved payment methods

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified or is flagged for potential fraud.


4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.


5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible and limited nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrives significantly damaged
  • There is a verified issue with the order

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding damaged or incorrect items and provide supporting photos.


6. Autographs & Authentication

Many items sold may include third-party authentication from recognized authentication companies.

Unless explicitly stated:

  • Minor imperfections in signed memorabilia, packaging, or authentication placement may occur
  • Exact autograph placement, size, or pen color cannot be guaranteed for pre-orders or private signings

All signed items are sold as authentic to the best of our knowledge and based on the provided authentication or sourcing.


7. Pre-Orders & Private Signings

Products associated with private signings or pre-orders may require extended fulfillment timelines.

Estimated completion dates are subject to change due to:

  • Athlete availability
  • Shipping delays
  • Authentication processing
  • Event rescheduling

Customers acknowledge that delays may occur and agree to reasonable fulfillment timelines for these special-order products.


8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempts to retain products after receiving refunds may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Refusal of future service
  • Collection efforts or legal action where applicable

We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value purchases.


9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, website content, graphics, product photos, and marketing materials are the property of the business unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
