Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, customs, and other important details.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume releases, signings, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be extended.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–10 business days
  • United States: 4–12 business days
  • International: 7–30 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with filing a carrier claim.

Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and should include photos of the packaging and product.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to ensure secure arrival.

Pre-Orders & Autograph Signings

Items associated with private signings, pre-orders, or special events may have extended fulfillment timelines. Estimated shipping windows will be provided in the product listing when applicable.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will be contacted once the order is ready for pickup. Valid identification may be required.
